Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it to what we actually need to sell and support the plug-ins.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send your license key, receipt, and product updates.
• The last 6 characters of your Vectorworks seat serial — this is what your license key is tied to. It identifies a seat, not you personally, and we do not collect your full serial.
• Purchase information — what you bought and when. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

To deliver and reissue license keys, provide support, send product updates you are on the list for, and keep records of sales. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store, acting on our behalf:

• our payment processor (Gumroad) to take payment and handle any tax;
• our email provider (Resend) to deliver messages.

We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to support your license and meet our legal and tax record obligations, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to stop sending you update emails, by contacting support@astdesigns.com. Every update email also has an unsubscribe option. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your data; contact us and we will honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version on our site.
