Refund Policy

Our plug-ins are digital products. Once we email your license key, the product has been delivered and the key cannot be "returned," so sales are generally final.

That said, we want the tools to actually work for you:

• If a tool won't install or activate, contact us at support@astdesigns.com and we will fix it or reissue your key. Most problems are a quick key or install fix, not a reason to lose your purchase.
• If we can't get it working for you, we will refund that purchase.
• Accidental or duplicate purchases — tell us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

We may decline refunds where a key has clearly been shared or used in breach of the license.

EU/UK customers: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By buying and asking us to deliver your key immediately, you agree that delivery begins right away and you lose that withdrawal right once the key is sent. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, don't download or activate, and contact us within 14 days.
